Our Story
From Cookies to Hot Dogs and Impeccable service
When I was a young boy I spent many weekends by my grandparents, Sam Greco (Pictured) was a man who wore many hats, he was a WWII Veteran, baker, carpenter, artist, steel worker, gardener and a mentor. His nickname among family and close friends was "Poor Sam". On weekends I would wake up at 4 am to smell the fresh baked Anise Biscotti, run downstairs sit and watch my grandfather bake while his little transistor radio sat in the window playing 40's music on the AM dial.
Many many years later I found his Biscotti recipe and decided to bake some and sell on Facebook in a local group, they were a hit, I decided to bake more and this quickly grew into selling Chicago favorites to local patrons, ultimately leading me to open up a Mobil Kitchen to cater to all who are interested.
Thanks to the support of my family and super support from my wife we decided to make this a family business, we look forward to meeting and working with you on your next event.
